A public page for the listing — wired to your CRM.

Publish a branded page straight from the property record: photos, highlights, the ask, the map. Financials stay behind the NDA until someone signs. And every inquiry lands on the record as a lead instead of drowning in your inbox.

Why it matters

The listing goes out. Then the trail goes cold.

A PDF in an inbox tells you nothing about who opened it, and a marketplace listing hands the relationship to somebody else.

Leads die in the inbox

Someone replies to a blast on a Friday, you catch it Tuesday, and by then they’ve toured something else. Nothing in your CRM ever knew they existed.

The page and the record disagree

The ask dropped in your CRM. The web page a contractor built last spring still shows the old number, because updating it means emailing someone.

Financials go out too early

The rent roll shouldn’t be one forward away from a competitor. Gating it by hand means you’re the bottleneck on every request.

How it works

Publish it, share it, watch it work.

A listing page isn’t a website project. It’s the same record your brochure and underwriting come from, rendered for the public.

1
Publish from the record

Open the property, hit publish. Address, photos, highlights, size, zoning and the ask come straight off the record, wearing the same brand kit as your brochures.

2
Decide what’s gated

Photos and highlights stay open so the page can travel. Rent roll, T-12 and the OM sit behind the NDA — a visitor signs on the page and gets access immediately.

3
Leads arrive as records

Every inquiry, NDA and download becomes activity on the listing — ready to drop into the pipeline or the portal without retyping a name.

What you get

Your page, your brand, your data.

Send it in an email, print it on a sign as a QR code, link it from a marketplace listing — it’s the same page, and it’s yours.

Branded like your shop

Same logo, colors and contact block as your OMs and flyers. Run it on your own domain so the link looks like your firm sent it, because it did.

Public above, gated below

You choose the line. Marketing facts stay open for sharing; financials, rent roll and the full OM unlock the moment the NDA is signed.

One edit, everywhere

Cut the ask on the record and the page, the share links and the next brochure all reflect it. Nothing to re-upload, nothing to remember.

You can see who’s warm

Views, repeat visits, NDAs signed, documents opened — attached to the listing, so your Monday call list writes itself.

Not a marketplace. Your page, your relationship. Axiom doesn’t list your property in a public directory, sell your leads or put another broker’s badge on your page. Cross-post to LoopNet or Crexi if you want the reach — but the page you send is yours, and the inquiries come to your CRM.
FAQ

Fair questions about listing pages

Something else on your mind? Talk to our team.

Yes. Point a subdomain like listings.yourfirm.com at Axiom and every page publishes there. Without a custom domain the page still works on an Axiom URL with your branding.
It replaces the page you’d otherwise build by hand — not the marketplaces. Most brokers keep the marketplace listing for reach and link it to their Axiom page so the NDA, the documents and the lead capture all happen on their own turf.
Whatever you decide, per listing. The default is marketing-safe: address, photos, size, zoning, highlights and the ask. Rent roll, T-12, tenant names and the full OM stay locked until the NDA is signed.
Yes — email or in-app, your choice. The difference is that the email is a copy, not the system of record: the lead already exists on the listing with its history attached.
Unpublish in a click, or keep it unlisted and share the link only with named parties — useful for a quiet off-market process where you still want documents and NDAs handled properly.
No. Listing pages are included in every CRE plan — unlimited listings, unlimited leads, no per-page fee.
