No. Clients, their team members and corporate sponsors are free portal guests and don’t count against your seat limit. Only coaches and staff inside your practice need seats.
Yes. Run a cohort as its own engagement with a shared curriculum and resource library, while each participant keeps their own record, commitments and progress — no extra module, no extra fee.
Nothing breaks. You’ll see a notice in your dashboard with two options: add a low-cost overage pack (e.g. $10 per 1,000 contacts) or upgrade to the next tier. We never auto-charge you a tier upgrade.
